5-Day Program

This 40-hour, one-week program is for individuals with anorexia nervosa or a history of anorexia nervosa. You are asked to bring at least one support person to attend with you to learn about the neurobiology behind eating disorders and learn new tools to support recovery. Two meals and two snacks will be provided each day. Offered on select months of the year.

This program was so much more than I imagined. I liked the mix of information, therapy, and education. I didn’t know how to help [my daughter] before coming here and the tools you learn in the 5-Day Program are indispensable.

They have allowed me to be a part of my own treatment decisions in a way that has made me feel both empowered and capable in overcoming my eating disorder and achieving a healthy and fulfilling life.
