Our compassionate team of experts provides evidence-informed treatment, integrating education about the brain-basis of the illness, experiential tools, family/supports and movement into all of our treatment programs.
This 40-hour, one-week program is for individuals with anorexia nervosa or a history of anorexia nervosa. You are asked to bring at least one support person to attend with you to learn about the neurobiology behind eating disorders and learn new tools to support recovery. Two meals and two snacks will be provided each day. Offered once a month.
M’s Place (Partial Hospital Program - PHP)
For 30 hours per week, you will practice eating two meals and a snack per day, take part in
psycho-education and process groups, receive nutrition counseling and medication management, and participate in individual and group therapy.
Intensive Outpatient (IOP)
D-IOP The Skills-Based Intensive Outpatient Program meets for 12 hours per week during four days for 8 weeks. This program is specifically to help you develop skills to regulate emotions along with balancing eating patterns.
E-IOP The Intensive Outpatient Program for Eating Disorders meets for 12 hours per week during three weekday evenings and Saturday mornings for 9 weeks. This program seeks to enable you to receive therapy, nutrition counseling, and the option for medication management while working or in school.
Outpatient Therapy (OP)
In Outpatient Services, we partner with you to foster long-term recovery through regular individual and group therapy sessions, nutrition counseling, and medication management. Our multidisciplinary team strives to help you integrate recovery into everyday living and find health across all aspects of your life.
Our medical team can help you manage appropriate medications to effectively balance mental health with overall physical well-being.
Our registered, licensed dietitians work with you to create an individualized meal plan and provide nutrition counseling and education.
We also offer a nutrition meal group that meets during the dinner hour for patients to eat a meal in a supportive environment. Facilitated by our Director of Nutrition Services Sonja Stotz, RD, LD, clients bring packed meals to meet their individual plan and receive support and education throughout the mealtime. This group is open to anyone who has seen one of our dietitians for a nutrition assessment. Nutrition Group is held every Tuesday evening from 5:30-6:30pm; cost is $20. View our calendar >
