Full Time Clinical Position in Partial Hospital Program

We  are seeking a full-time, licensed clinician (LPC or LSW) to join our clinical team.  The Center of Balanced Living is the only free-standing, non-profit organization in Ohio providing specialized eating disorder services. Our treatment offers evidenced based modalities in the field of eating disorders while integrating new neurobiological research. This position (Monday through Friday) is set in The Center’s Partial Hospital Program for Eating Disorders (PHP-ED) and its step down Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP-MAP).

We are seeking someone who enjoys working collaboratively in a team environment, is flexible, shows initiative, and is interested in long-term commitment to this specialty. This position requires excellent communication and coordination skills as this clinician will be working closely with other clinicians, dietitians, and medical staff. The clinical responsibilities include:

·         Individual therapy

·         Group therapy

·         Involvement of the client’s family and supports in treatment

·         Coordination with the client’s insurance company

Experience with this specialized population is preferred; however, we are willing to train a well-qualified applicant.  Expert supervision is provided for the first year of employment by a qualified clinician with ongoing support as the specialization is refined over time. This position includes paid time off, educational/professional organization allowances, and optional health benefits after a 90 day probationary period.
