The Center for Balanced Living is a free standing, non-profit that provides multidisciplinary eating disorder treatment for individuals ages 16 and above. We are proud of our compassionate environment. Every one of our staff has said they love working here because of the people.

The Center is internationally recognized for its high quality, evidence-based, best practices in the treatment of eating disorders. In fact, we are one of only two sites in the country providing a neurobiologically-based, family inclusive 5-Day Treatment for Eating Disorders.

Job details

We are seeking a candidate who values a positive work environment.

Job Purpose: Work as part of a front office team answering incoming calls, scheduling new patients for initial appointment, checking in clients including taking any money owed, scanning, copying and any other tasks to make each client feel welcome and safe and each clinician able to focus on seeing clients.

Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of experience in a medical or mental health office or equivalent

Desired: Excellent communication skills, ability to stay focused in a fast paced environment, intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, acute attention to detail, and ability to be punctual each day.

Competitive wage: $15.00 per hour
