Dialectical Behavior Therapy - Intensive Outpatient Program

Focus of treatment

Our DBT Intensive Outpatient group therapy program is designed for individuals seeking tools and principles of recovery whether as step down from inpatient or partial hospital settings, or someone needing structure, support, and DBT skills training to better manage mental health and eating disorder symptoms. Methodologies used are evidence-based and have shown high success rates in decreasing symptoms and increasing functioning of participants.

Each client is assigned a Team consisting of a case manager, registered nurse, counselor, dietitian, and psychologist. This Team is responsible for working with clients to establish an individualized plan of care and recommendations for discharge.
