A little background...

Since opening in 2001, The Center has rented space on the OSU/Harding campus in Worthington, OH. We started with just four offices and now use every inch of three buildings!

Last fall, Step by Step began the process of purchasing the campus from OSU. The pending sale became a catalyst to get us thinking how a different space might serve our clients, their families and the community better.

Former board member and commercial realtor, Andy Mills, showed Laura Hill, President/CEO, and Cheryl Ryland, CFO/COO, the property at 8001 Ravines Edge Court.

They were instantly charmed by its ceder and stone exterior, rich wood trim and spacious floor plan. They decided this space would suit The Center well.

On March 14, 2014, The Center closed on the purchase of our new home!

To acquire and renovate this beautiful new space, we launched our first capital campaign, The Cornerstone Campaign: Building with Balance. Your support enables us to establish a sense of place for our clients-a place of calming amidst the storm of eating disorders.

The Campaign is focused on Growth, Treatment, Research, Nutrition, and Education.

Will you join us on this journey?
Will you help us make a difference in the lives of individuals with eating disorders?
